| Since its invention,lead-acid batteries have been widely used due to their advantages such as low price,high operating stability,and large capacity.However,due to the usage is not in conformity with the standard,the problems of sulfated lead-acid batteries and their discarded in advance have not been solved.Lead-acid batteries are discarded in advance,resulting in a waste of resources and environmental pollution if not handled properly.Therefore,the activation of sulfated lead-acid batteries to restore their capacity has been a focus of research by global lead-acid battery researchers.In order to eliminate the vulcanization of the sulfurized lead-acid battery and prolong the actual service life of the lead-acid battery,a set of positive and negative pulse and resonance wave repair system for the lead-acid battery are studied in this thesis.The main tasks include:The constituent elements of lead-acid batteries are introduced.The chemical principle of charge-discharge of lead-acid batteries and the reasons that may lead to the sulfuration of lead-acid batteries are briefly described.The repairing principle,advantages and disadvantages of the existing repairing methods were analyzed.A composite repairing method of positive and negative pulse and resonance wave was proposed according to the characteristics of the sulfuration of lead-acid battery and the characteristics of lead sulfate crystallization.The hardware circuit of the composite repair system for lead-acid batteries is designed.The flyback topology that can output multiple channels is used as the power supply for the repair system.The working principle and working mode of the flyback circuit are analyzed and selected.Design calculation of the hardware parameters.The positive and negative pulse circuits are designed,and the formulas for the amplitude and width of the positive and negative pulses are derived according to Mas Law.The high-frequency resonance circuit is designed,and the working process of the high-frequency resonance circuit is analyzed.The flyback power supply circuit,the positive and negative pulse repair circuit and the high-frequency resonance circuit are connected through the relay module to cooperate with each other to generate a composite repair waveform.The software of the repair system is designed.The dsPIC16F887 chip is used as the main control chip for the relay,positive and negative pulses and high-frequency resonance circuit.In the MAPLE X IDE environment,the C language is used to program the control chip.The PCB was drawn and the hardware circuit of the repair system was built.After passing the test,the circuit was used to carry out a repair test on the vulcanized lead-acid battery,and the repair effect of the repair circuit was proved by setting a comparison test. |
