The large-span rectangular flat four-slope water-assembled steel hollow web structure is a new structure proposed by Professor Ma kejian of Guizhou University.The structure is mainly composed of a steel hollow web grid roof and a steel hollow web sandwich floor.According to the different layout methods,it is divided into two forms: orthogonal orthogonal placement and orthogonal oblique placement.The roof is constructed with four-slope water,which makes the structure more ethnic.The structure has the characteristics of light weight,convenient construction and large space utilization rate,and has good engineering value.Although there are few studies on the open-slab steel mesh structure of four-slope water,this paper uses numerical simulation based on finite element software to provide theoretical basis for practical engineering in the future.This article mainly uses the proposed three-layer steel open-web grid structure as an example,and analyzes the structure using finite element software.First of all,introduce some theoretical calculation methods of fast-web grid and fast-web sandwich panel,and make preliminary exploration of new structure;Secondly,when the structural material is in the elastic range,the finite element software is used to analyze the dynamic performance of the long-span four-slope water-steel empty web grid roof structure.The structure is twisted around the geometric center of the structure,and the last nine orders are mainly vertical vibration;Subsequently,the static performance analysis of the Slope Water Roof was performed,and the structural displacement cloud diagram was symmetrically distributed.The sloping steel-steel empty-web grid was significantly deformed and was unidirectional deformed.The deformed whole was distributed in the form of two "elliptical bowls" on the left and right,which indicates that the structure has a uniform mass distribution,and the members work well together and overall Good stability.Then based on the previous research,the static performance analysis of the steel hollow web sandwich slab floor is continued.Finally,ANSYS is used to analyze the lateral stiffness of the large-span four-slope water-steel hollow web grid.The side shifts in the Y direction are small,but under normal combined loading,both the X and Y directions produce large side shifts.The research results show that the large-span four-slope water-steel empty web grid structure has the advantages of good space stress performance,safe and reliable structure,and unique and beautifulappearance.At the same time,assembling construction is realized,construction is convenient,and it has a good market application prospect in the future building structure field.
