In recent years,Henan automobile industry has achieved rapid growth,and its total has expanded rapidly.Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co.,Ltd.,Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Co.,Ltd.,HaiMa Automobile Group Co.,Ltd.,Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Co.,Ltd,Branch of Passenger Cars of Shanghai Automobile Group Co.,Ltd,Chery Automobile Co.,Ltd.and other vehicle enterpri ses have been stationed in the Central Plains.Emerging electric vehicle enterprises are growing day by day.The supporting enterprise groups represented by them are also developing rapidly,and the product research and development capabilities and industrial scale are changing with each passing day.Opportunities and challenges coexist.As a local automotive parts manufacturer which has been operating and developing for more than ten years,DG Company enjoys the increasing dividends of market resources,It is also challenged by fierce competition in the industry.Writing purpose of this article is to DG company current performance management system present situation research,combined with its own human resources management theory,enterprise management theory and related theory of knowledge learning,find out the present problems of the performance management system of DG company,through the thorough analysis to find the real causes of these problems,as the main line,through learning from domestic and foreign advanced experience of performance management,performance management system for DG company suggest improvements to upgrade,and promote enterprise's whole management level,for enterprise survival and development to lay the good foundation.In this paper,statistical investigation,quantitative analysis,case study and other research methods are used to investigate and analyze the performance management system of DG company based on the status quo of DG company's performance management,so as to find out the deficiencies in the management process.In addition,based on the current advanced performance management experience and the characteristics and actual conditions of DG company's current development stage,the company formulated the improvement plan of performance management system,and finally formed a set of performance management system suitable for DG company;And the implementation of DG performance management system improvement plan to provide a guarantee.Through the investigation into the status quo of DG company performance management system can be found that DG company has a set of performance management system,but in the daily management in the process of "low performance plan completion rate","performance of the implementation of the lack of systematic guidance","performance evaluation method is not science",to make the enterprise survival and development understrong pressure of competition environment,the internal management to improve,the improvement of the performance management system optimization work is imminent.Based on the above research,after fully identifying the strengthening items or missing items in the implementation process of DG company's performance management;Establish performance management tools and methods for different types of positions,so as to solve the problems of employees' work enthusiasm and potential underplay;At the same time,the subjective and objective conditions of the program implementation were analyzed to further ensure the smooth implementation of the program,so as to better serve the operation and development of the enterprise.The current performance management system of DG company will restrict the healthy development of the company to a certain extent.Only through continuous improvement and optimization of the management system can the company remain invincible in the fierce competition environment,thus opening a new chapter in the development of DG company.
