Research On The Barrier-free Design Of The Apartment For The Elderly In Yishouyuan, Binzhou

With the continuous development of economy and culture and the change of consumption concept,the elderly are paying more and more attention to their own health and living environment.Although the development of old-age buildings in my country is rapid,the diversity of development forms and types has caused problems such as poor design quality and inadequate grasp of demand directions.This article takes the design of the elderly apartment in Yishouyuan in Binzhou City as the research object,and explores how to make the elderly apartment not only meet the needs of healthy self-care elderly,but also adapt to the elderly with nursing needs through barrier-free design.Through analysis and research on barrier-free design theory,psychology and physiology of the elderly and other related theories,the author understands the differences between psychological,physiological,behavioral patterns and activity space requirements of different types of elderly people,and then combines the design of Binzhou Yishouyuan elderly apartment The actual survey of the project pointed out barrier-free design points for each functional area of the apartment.This article expands and enriches the perspectives and ideas of research in related fields to a certain extent,and has a certain degree of practical significance for the study of barrier-free design for elderly apartments.
