Traffic density,illegal driving and other reasons cause many traffic problems,such as frequent traffic accidents,low travel efficiency,high safety risk.In recent years,it has been a hot research topic in the world.Therefore,according to the current situation,combined with the image processing technology,this paper designs the intelligent transportation base station,which is used to collect and release the traffic flow information and traffic violation vehicle information.First of all,the surveillance video is preprocessed to obtain the corresponding compressed(low resolution)image of the high-definition image,and the compressed image is processed by the video image.Considering the real-time performance of monitoring traffic flow data,the paper adopts haar+adaboost vehicle detection algorithm,and then uses Kalman filter to track and locate the vehicle.Secondly,the detection algorithm of overspeed violation is studied.transform the center point coordinates of the Kalman filter tracking vehicle into the world coordinates in the overspeed violation detection,and fit its trajectory in the world coordinates to calculate the actual driving distance of the vehicle,so as to detect and locate the overspeed violation vehicle(that is,capture the vehicle position in the compressed image),return to the ROI(area of interest),locate its license plate and recognize characters.Then,the detection algorithm of line pressing violation is studied.The method of extracting lane line in fixed scene is improved.This paper,based on the characteristics of Inverse perspective transformation,extracts ROI areas,accurately eliminates many disturbances such as scenes outside the lane,and combines the clustering algorithm to fit the lane line and obtain the function model of the lane line.Combined with the line violation discrimination algorithm to detect and locate the line violation vehicle(that is,capture the position of the vehicle in the compressed image),return to the original high-definition image to intercept the ROI,of the violation vehicle to locate its license plate and recognize the character.Finally,the traffic flow of the detection section,that is,the total number of vehicles passing through the monitoring area is counted,and then the two illegal detection algorithms and traffic flow detection algorithms are integrated into the base station terminal,and the illegal license plate character and traffic flow data are packaged and sent to the server,and stored in the MySQL database.After the user logs in to the Web client,the user obtains the data by querying the data,updates the webpage information,provides the user to retrieve the personal violation record,and views the section traffic flow.
