| Recent years, the construction of highway in China is at the peak,and asphalt pavement is the main pavement, always the traditional hot mix asphalt ( HMA) is selected, However, in the production and construction process of hot mix asphalt , not only a large amount of energy are consumed, but a lot of harmful exhaust gas and dust which pollute the environment are released, seriously affect the quality of environment and the health of workers. Warm Mix Asphalt(WMA) is a new asphalt which is energy conservation and environment-friendly,of which the mixing temperature is between hot mix asphalt (150~180℃)and cold asphalt mixture (10~40℃), and the property is similar to hot mix asphalt.Like general asphalt mixture, warm asphalt mixture is a typical visco-elastic materials,as temperature changes,the mechanical properties are manifested as viscoelastic.Viscoelasticity is the nature of warm mix asphalt,so the viscoelastic analysis and control of warm mix asphalt is an important foundation of design. This article is based on the visco-elastic mechanics of composite, the study of creep stiffness modulus and creep compliance of warm mixed asphalt and mixture are conducted, and the impacts of additives on the mechanical property of asphalt mixes are discussed.The further research are conducted by added two additives ,SasoWMA and Aspha-Min.By conventional test methods and low-temperature tensile creep test,the experiment research of warm mix asphalt's mechanical properties are carried,and through the analysis ,the effects of additives on basic property and mechanical property are acquired. Through the compared with general mix asphalt,the test results show that additives can reduce the high creep compliance of warm mix asphalt at certain extent,and can improve the deformation resistance of warm mix asphalt , the order of improvement degree are SasoWMA > Aspha-Min. |
