Research On Great Wall Motor’s Financial Performance Evaluation Based On Factor Analysis

Automobile manufacturing industry is an important part of national economy,and its development speed affects the level of economic development,so it is very important to study the financial performance level of automobile manufacturing industry.Great Wall automobile has strong strength and steady development,and its financial performance has become a common concern of the shareholders and investors in the automobile industry.This paper selects the financial statement data and related financial indicators from 2014 to2018 to analyze the financial situation of the company,then evaluates the financial performance of Great Wall Automobile Company,and puts forward improving measures,in order to better improve the Great Wall Automobile Company’s financial performance,provides the related basis for the operator to carry on the decision.At the same time,other non-listed companies can also use the financial performance evaluation system to study their own business conditions,diagnose their own deficiencies,and timely adjustment,make correct business decisions and development planning.In this paper,the Great Wall Automobile as the research object,and the use of literature review,comparative analysis,Quantitative Analysis and factor analysis,the Great Wall automobile financial performance evaluation.Firstly,the research background and significance are introduced,and the related concepts and basic theories are briefly introduced after consulting a large number of literatures.The related concepts include performance,financial performance,financial performance evaluation.The basic theory mainly introduces the principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory,contingency theory,goal theory.Secondly,it introduces the financial performance of Great Wall Automobile.This paper gives a brief introduction to Great Wall Automobile,analyzes the financial performance of Great Wall automobile from the perspective of trend analysis,industry contrast analysis and financial statements,and presents the current situation and existing problems of financial performance evaluation.Then according to the Great Wall Automobile Financial Performance Present Situation and the existence question introduced the financial performance appraisal index and the appraisal method choice,paves the way for the following use factor analysis method.Finally,according to the above analysis,weuse the factor analysis method to evaluate the financial performance of Great Wall Automobile Company,and according to the results of the study,we put forward the corresponding recommendations,draw the conclusion of this paper,and analyze the shortcomings of the article.The results show that the financial performance of Great Wall Automobile Company needs to be improved.The insufficiency of the research is that the data used in the financial performance of Great Wall Automobile Company are all from the financial statements published from 2014 to 2018,some internal information can not be obtained,and it is impossible to evaluate the performance in depth.The selection of performance evaluation indicators also needs to be improved,which will be supplemented and improved in the future research.
