By the end of 2017,the total installed wind power capacity in China was 163.67 million kilowatts.As a renewable energy source,wind power perfectly matches the country's energy reform policy which emphasizes the concept of environment protection.For this reason,the wind power industry will further expand into a larger size.In the process of wind power generation,a great amount of data will be produced,which will help the practitioners in the industry to deploy production schedules and management decisions.Making good use of the data involved in the process will profoundly enhance the efficiency of wind power plants.The introduction of Smart Information into wind power plants,which could enhance the management structure and lower the cost,has been a new trend in the field.At present,there are only a few number of wind power plants with complete information management structures,thus a discussion and research into the application of Smart Information in the industry has a great significance.With the effective use of big data analysis in the operation and maintenance management of wind power plants,the management mode of wind power plants in the future will become more digital,networked and intelligent,incorporating a number of high-tech technologies,actively introducing advanced management concepts,and adopting modem management methods to comprehensively improve the efficiency and management of wind power plants operation and maintenance management.With the remote video equipment to guide the fan maintenance operation,and provide solutions for wind power plants accidents,combined with the actual situation of the wind power plants,actively develop preventive measures for colleges and universities,through the effective application of big data,based on intelligent operating system The wind power plants conducts scientific and reasonable fault diagnosis to minimize the incidence of wind power plants accidents.On this basis,the wind power plants fan operation is combined with the grid to carry out diesel engine integration,accurately and efficiently complete the grid dispatching command,and is effective for big data.Use,strengthen the intelligent and refined operation and management of wind power plants,and promote the stable development of wind power plants in the future.This research project focuses on the realization of the information-based management of wind power plants,aiming to summarize and innovate the traditional operation and maintenance work of wind power plants with the establishment of information-based management system of wind power plants production data and realize the integrated management of information by means of the IT technology,and promote the mobile surveillance of wind power plants operations.With the establishment of wind power plants database,the data analysis of equipment could promote the maintenance work and eliminate potential risk in the production process,which has a huge significance.
