With the rapid development of highways,the number of highways built in desert areas is increasing.The ecological problems of the expressway built on the sand are closely linked to the development of the high-speed itself.In the past,roads were built on ordinary terrain.The restoration of the environment and the design of highway landscapes are relatively simple.With the rapid economic growth,various types of roads are also increasing.Some special highways and ecological landscapes also bring problems.It is becoming more and more obvious.The development of the Northwest has led to the development of the Northwest Desert Expressway.As a long-distance,large-scale engineering facility,the expressway has driven economic development,but it has affected the ecological balance of the region and destroyed the local ecosystem.The destruction and changes in the microclimate have made the road environment worse and worse.The landscape plants of the desert highway are simple,and the single landscape design makes the driver feel tired and exhausted during driving.Therefore,vegetation restoration and landscape design of desert highways are particularly important.Based on the "A-Da Expressway",this paper analyzes and studies the landscape vegetation and essays on the edge of desert highways.The main research work is as follows:(1)Through questionnaire survey,field research and literature analysis,the Ada Line Desert Expressway is mainly used to investigate a number of desert highways.The main content is the landscape vegetation types in the existing landscape design at the edge of the desert highway.The layout of highway landscapes,the roadbed conditions of the highways,and the collection of plants with strong sand and sand fixation in desert areas.(2)Through the analysis and discussion of the edge spatial landscape of the A-Line Desert Expressway,its design principles and functional performance are obtained.According to the ornamental and aesthetic characteristics of the plants,the landscape plants on the edge of the road are analyzed,and the design elements of the A-Line are decomposed according to the constituent elements of the landscape.In the study,combined with the characteristics of the Shaanxi-Mongolia region,according to the geographical location and the distribution of vegetation,the principle of protecting the ecological environment and coordinating the natural landscape is under construction.The design adopts a reasonable and flexible route layout method to fully conform to the topography to integrate the road and the environment.At the same time,it also takes into account the effects of sand control,shading and anti-glare induced sight and stability of the road slope.This paper summarizes the landscape design method of the highway edge in a specific desert zone through the overall planning and detailing of the landscape design of the highway edge space.
