At present,worldwide energy shortage and environmental pollution have become prominent issues attracting worldwide attention.Especially with the further acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China,the contradiction between energy shortage demand and environmental protection requirements has become increasingly prominent,and has become an important factor restricting social development and economic development.To solve the bottleneck of energy development,on the one hand,we should improve the efficiency of energy utilization,on the other hand,we should vigorously promote the development and utilization of renewable new energy.The development of new energy is based on new technology and new materials.The development and utilization of renewable resources is a clean energy that can be recycled.Solar photovoltaic power generation is a kind of renewable energy.With the development of photovoltaic technology,solar power generation has become one of the most potential energy development methods.The construction of photovoltaic power generation project has good comprehensive benefits for improving the local ecological environment,improving the quality of life of the local people and promoting regional economic development.Based on the analysis of the technical economy and comprehensive utilization of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation project,this paper introduces the research results of related projects at home and abroad in detail.Based on the theory of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation technology and project economy analysis,the technical and economic feasibility of the project is analyzed,which is jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Construction.The third edition of "Economic Evaluation Method and Parameters of Construction Projects"(3rd edition)uses the theory and parameters of financial and economic analysis to analyze the investment benefit of the project,combines sensitivity analysis to determine the financial evaluation index,and provides better guidance and help for the construction investment decision of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation projects.Taking the project of Baihe Photovoltaic Power Plant as an example,from the aspects of Engineering technology,project economic evaluation and comprehensive utilization,the construction indexes of engineering technology and project investment are analyzed.Through financial evaluation and analysis,it is pointed out that the project is technically and economically feasible and has certain investment value,but it is subject to the changes of electricity quantity and price on-line.And the impact of sensitive factors such as investment changes,especially from the changing trend of electricity prices on the grid,there are certain investment risks.In order to improve the economic benefit of the project and reduce the investment risk,the comprehensive utilization scheme of agricultural-optical complementary is put forward.Through research and analysis,the comprehensive utilization of agricultural-optical complementary is of great value in micro,macro and social-ecological benefits,and photovoltaic agriculture has great application in the field of renewable energy.With the popularization and application of new materials and technologies,it is very promising to study the comprehensive utilization of "photovoltaic +" and enhance the subsidiary value of photovoltaic projects.
