In this thesis,a VFTO measurement system with CM-level sensor as the core is designed.Firstly,the principle of capacitance partial pressure used in the measurement system is theoretically analyzed to determine the main parameters affecting the measurement system.Secondly,the main influencing factors are simulated by Pspice.The internal equipment parameters of the measurement system are determined.Finally,the high-frequency,low-frequency and high-voltage pulse experiments of the laboratory are used to verify the high-frequency,low-frequency and stable partial pressure ratio.The analysis of the experimental results shows that the measurement system meets the VFTO measurement requirements.Then,the transient simulation of VFTO in GIS is carried out.The transient simulation circuit model is established according to the equivalent model of each node device in GIS.The data of each node is analyzed and compared,and the nodes with large VFTO changes in GIS are obtained and designed.The layout scheme of the sensors on the GIS in the actual substation.Finally,the field test is carried out in combination with the actual situation.Four points are selected as the layout point of the sensor in the field test.The measurement is performed six times in total,and the test results are verified.The correctness of the test measurement is verified by comparison with the standard.And analyze the distribution characteristics of VFTO.
