Research On Preventive Maintenance Decision-making Of Medical X-ray Diagnostic Equipment

Medical diagnostic X equipment is one of the important equipment for imaging diagnosis in clinical medicine.Its use reliability and running state will directly affect the accuracy and timeliness of clinical diagnosis,and affect the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Therefore,it is of vital importance to guarantee the use reliability and running state of medical diagnostic X-ray equipment.In this paper,aiming at important features in medical X-ray diagnostic equipment maintenance decision making unit,planned maintenance cycle and maintenance way based on failure prediction and Health Management(Prognostics and Health Management,PHM)maintenance time three link,establish or improve the relevant mathematical model,gives the corresponding decision method,and effectively solves the problems existing in medical diagnostic X-ray equipment preventive maintenance.By analyzing the main problems existing in the preventive maintenance of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment and the types of the existing main maintenance methods,the important evaluation indexes for the decision-making of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment maintenance mode based on the factors such as reliability,maintainability,monitoring and economy are established.According to the characteristics of various fault types in the planned maintenance of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment,the optimal model of the planned maintenance cycle with the lowest maintenance cost under the constraint of availability is established.For medical X-ray diagnostic equipment operation condition affected by environmental changes and the characteristics of change,through effective use of condition monitoring historical data,find out the change law of running state and condition monitoring,the relationship between the characteristics of is given based on Weibull proportional hazards model equipment availability at the time of the largest PHM maintenance decision model.
