Line loss rate is an important indicator of the power industry,which directly reflects the power utilization and operating efficiency of the grid.China's rural distribution network has the characteristics of complex topological structure,multiple types of equipment,and difficult to obtain operating parameters,making the traditional power grid analysis method difficult to apply to rural distribution networks.The general method of distribution line technology loss has the problem of low calculation accuracy or large calculation amount.The method of artificial line-based technical line loss calculation has the disadvantage of not fully analyzing the influencing factors of technical line loss.Therefore,it is a difficult problem to fully analyze the influencing factors of rural distribution network technology line loss and calculate the technical line loss of rural distribution network quickly and accurately.In view of the above problems,this paper establishes the feature analysis model and feature evaluation model of rural distribution network technology line loss.The purpose of the feature analysis model is to analyze and extract the line loss characteristics that affect the technical loss of the rural distribution network.The function of the feature evaluation model is to use the extracted line loss feature in the calculation of the line loss of rural distribution network technology,thus verifying the extraction line.The validity of the damage feature.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The composition and data characteristics of the rural distribution network are analyzed in detail,and the characteristics of the technical loss of the rural distribution network are collected.The analysis model of the line loss characteristic of the rural distribution network based on the maximum relevant minimum redundancy is established.Line loss characteristics of grid technology line losses.The clustering method is used to obtain the similar day of rural distribution network line loss,which provides a basis for the establishment of the feature evaluation model.(2)Aiming at the limitations and shortcomings of the prior art line loss calculation method,an evaluation model of line loss characteristics of rural distribution network based on particle swarm optimization based on radial basis neural network was established.The model has the characteristics of being able to flexibly adjust the input according to the line loss feature,and the extracted technical line loss feature is substituted into the model and used for rural distribution network technical line loss calculation.The validity of the model is verified by experiments.(3)The real operation data of 30 distribution lines in a certain area of Yunnan was substituted into the analysis and evaluation model of the technical loss line characteristics of rural distribution network.The technical line loss characteristics obtained by the feature analysis model and the model output value and the actual line technical line loss value were analyzed.The relationship thus validates the applicability of the model.
