In the case of complex and volatile market environment,labor-intensive electromechanical enterprises require more and more flexibility in their assembly workshops.High-efficiency assembly shop scheduling can improve resource utilization,production cost and further compression of production cycle,and the scheduling optimization problem is still paid special attention by enterprise managers and research scholars.The difference between this paper and the current assembly shop job scheduling problem is that the original research object "machine allocation" problem has been replaced by the "personnel allocation" problem.As a special resource,the heterogeneity makes it more flexible than the machine equipment.Considering the differences in workers' skills and proficiency,the scheduling results are more varied and varied,in order to give more reasonable scheduling.The program and more effective personnel allocation decisions,the metric analysis of the matching degree is proposed to achieve the matching degree and the optimization goal of the enterprise payment cost.This paper proposes a mathematical model that takes into account the assignment of operations and the allocation of multi-skilled personnel for the problem of the distribution of multi-skilled workers in labor-intensive assembly workshops,as well as job sequencing and worker task matching.Aiming at the NP-hard property of the scheduling model,an improved genetic algorithm is proposed.The main research contents are as follows.1)Firstly,the paper expounds the research status of staff allocation problem and the related theory of assembly workshop.Based on the analysis of the deficiencies in the assembly process of the workshop,a flexible personnel allocation optimization scheme based on matching degree is proposed.Considering the heterogeneity of people in different skill types and levels,a multi-target scheduling model is created by the known skill level distribution and cost of personnel.2)Under the different degree of flexibility,from the perspective of maximizing resource utilization,using the improved genetic algorithm to calculate the minimum labor cost based on the competency optimization model,the key methods and techniques for realizing the labor-intensive assembly shop scheduling for electromechanical enterprises are studied.3)The improved algorithm generates initial population by integer coding,merges simulated annealing algorithm for operator design,and uses process crossover operator and interchange mutation operator to design crossover and mutation operations and roulette selection,and improves algorithm based on adjustment crossover and mutation probability.Performance,avoiding the drawbacks of the algorithm entering premature convergence.And use examples to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the above research content.
