Research On The Impetus, Resistance And Path Of China-Japan-Korea Energy Cooperation

As the starting machine of industrial civilization,energy has always been the top priority in the national strategy.Over the years,although China has made great progress in the field of energy security,it has always been in a passive position in the international energy market and is plagued by energy security risks.After the financial crisis in 2008,the global energy market changed from a seller's market to a buyer's market.As an energy consumer and a major importer,China has seized an unprecedented development opportunity in the energy field,but it is still far from enough for China to rely on its own strength to compete for control of the political system of the international energy.Combining with Japan and South Korea,which are the major importers of energy consumption,the establishment of the China-JapanKorea Energy Cooperation Community will be promoted,and it will help china participate in the global energy market competition.It will be the best choice to guarantee china's own energy security and enhance its voice in the international energy landscape.The high level of commonality and the complementarity of industrial structure make China,Japan and South Korea generate a strong driving force for energy cooperation.However,for a long time,China,Japan and South Korea have been on the roads of their respective branches,and have Lost the opportunity to achieve considerable energy cooperation benefits.This paper starts with the discussion of the status quo,challenges and dynamic factors of China-Japan-Korea energy cooperation,and based on the multi-subject game model of China,Japan and Korea energy revenue strategy,based on the numerical simulation of China,Japan and Korea energy revenue strategy,explores viable path for China,Japan and Korea to overcome obstacle,enhances cooperation,and moves from energy competition to cooperation.Based on this,it proposes effective countermeasures to promote China-Japan-Korea energy cooperation and establish a regional energy cooperation community.
