Research On The Application Of Traditional Chinese Patterns In The Exterior Design Of Household Air Conditioners

With the continuous improvement of people’s living quality,there is a higher demand for the design of air-conditioning appearance.Household air-conditioning products are usually placed in the eye-catching position of the living room.Therefore,the harmony between air-conditioning appearance and home environment is the prevailing market trend.Nowadays,social background pays attention to promoting our cultural self-confidence.More and more Chinese elements are widely used in the design field.New Chinese style home style is more and more popular with consumers.In the current market,there are fewer air-conditioning products that can be matched with it,but there are certain market opportunities and great development space.As an indispensable part of Chinese elements,Chinese traditional patterns have many kinds,various forms and rich implications.They can be abstracted and applied to the appearance design of modern household air conditioning.Therefore,this topic studies the application of Chinese traditional patterns in the appearance design of domestic air conditioning.The main purpose is to combine the essence and cultural connotation of Chinese traditional patterns with modern design methods,study and summarize a set of application methods and principles of traditional patterns in the design of domestic air conditioning,enrich the cultural connotation of air conditioning products,and increase the added value of products.Make up for the market vacancies,meet the spiritual needs of consumers,let the air conditioning design reflect the national personality,inherit traditional culture and carry forward the national soul under the influence of modern aesthetics and cultural factors.Firstly,this paper classifies Chinese traditional patterns by collecting a large number of relevant documents and materials.It hopes that through collecting a large number of relevant cases,it will analyze how to apply traditional patterns from the four aspects of the overall shape of product design,details,interaction with people and surface decoration.Secondly,this paper studies the basic factors of the appearance design of household air-conditioning,and analyses the market trend,CMF application and technical principles and trends of the appearance design of household air-conditioning from the three major factors of market,shape and technology.Thirdly,the application of traditional pattern elements in home air-conditioning appearance design is analyzed and studied.Starting from the abstract extraction of traditional pattern elements,the application mode and principles of traditional pattern elements in home air-conditioning appearance design are explored,which can provide some reference for the future application of traditional pattern elements in home air-conditioning appearance design.Finally,on the basis of the previous research results,design practice is carried out to verify the rationality and feasibility of the paper’s views.
