The incentive mechanism is the most core human resource management module in the major enterprises of our country at present,and it is also the essence of human resource management.With the rapid development of China's economy,recruitment,labor relations,salary incentives and other related human resources management modules also appear management problems,and people have become the core resources of social enterprises,so the development of enterprises naturally depends on the ability of people to play,and the motivation of employees has become the most important determinant of the enthusiasm of employees.Therefore,motivation is not the manipulation of employees,but the satisfaction of employees' interests.It also mobilizes the enthusiasm of employees through the guidance of people's behavior.The main research content is the effectiveness of the equity incentive plan of Dongfang Yuhong.The first two chapters mainly introduce the research purpose and significance,research significance,relevant concepts and basic theoretical purpose,which is to give suggestions for improvement of the plan through the evaluation of the implementation effect of the equity incentive plan of Dongfang Yuhong,and to give some reference to the implementation of equity incentive plan in the same industry.The third part is to elaborate the formulation and implementation of the equity incentive plan of Dongfang Yuhong company;the fourth part is the core part to analyze the implementation effect of the equity incentive plan of Dongfang Yuhong company,including the change of financial performance after the implementation of the equity incentive plan of Dongfang Yuhong company and the most effective analysis of the implementation effect of equity incentive through data After that,it evaluates the implementation effect of equity incentive plan of Dongfang Yuhong and points out some deficiencies in the plan;the fifth part gives corresponding suggestions for some deficiencies and defects in the equity incentive plan;the sixth part is the conclusion,and gives the corresponding evaluation of the implementation effect of the equity incentive plan of Dongfang Yuhong based on the above analysis.
