Research On Experience Design In Intelligent Self-service Vending Equipment

In recent years,due to the development of Internet technology,the rise and development of e-commerce has had a huge impact on China's retail industry.At the same time,due to the development of science and technology,the form of retail industry has also undergone new changes.The traditional retail industry is gradually losing market,and the retail industry is facing a need for transformation.In this context,the development of self-service vending equipment is also the trend.In today's intelligent development,it is an important trend to design the experience of vending equipment through the integration of technology,culture and perception.Especially for the design of self-service vending equipment,the user experience has become the focus of the designer.This paper studies the design of intelligent self-service vending equipment with experience design as the starting point.Through psychology,marketing,sociology and other disciplines,it analyzes and studies user behavior,product features,design flow and design methods.Explore the design of smart self-service vending equipment from a usage perspective.
