With the continuous development of charging technology for electric vehicles,people put forward higher requirements such as flexible charging mode,better appearance of charging equipment and convenient carrying methods.These requirements promote the vigorous development of magnetic coupling resonance radio power transmission system,so that many electrical equipment get rid of the complex cable constraints,and ultimately complete the wireless transmission of electric energy.This research studies the radiation characteristics of the resonant coupling wireless energy transmission and the coupling mechanism of the wireless charging system.Firstly,the basic circuit model of the resonant coupling wireless energy transmission technology is established.The 3.3kW wireless charging system is chosen as the experimental object to establish,the equivalent resonant coil radiation EMI noise model,Then the charging experimental platform is built in the radiation darkroom,for analysis of near-field radiation characteristics of the radiation EMI.The details are as follows:(1)The transmission theory of coupled resonant wireless charging system is analyzed.The similarities and differences of transmission distance between inductive and resonant transmission modes of two wireless charging modes are compared.Specifically,the circuit theory,coil mutual inductance model and basic resonant circuit of the coupled resonant wireless charging system are compared and analyzed.(2)The analysis and design of resonant radio power transmission system are carried out.The hardware circuit structure of the magnetically coupled resonant wireless charging system is designed and analyzed.Based on the comparative analysis of the resonant circuit,LCC compensation circuit is selected as the electric vehicle radio power transmission circuit topology.Pspice circuit simulation software is applied to simulate and verify the Boost circuit of resonant system.(3)The magnetic coupling wireless charging system is implemented.The generation mechanism of EMI noise radiated by resonant wireless charging system is analyzed.Combining with CST electromagnetic simulation software,a field-circuit combination model suitable for electromagnetic problems of resonant wireless charging system is proposed,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.(4)The hardware circuit and radiation experiment of the resonant radio power transmission system are established.The typical 3.3kW wireless charging system is chosen as the experimental platform to built,the hardware circuits,and the radiation suppression experiments under different loads and transmission distances are carried out to verify the theoretical simulation and the radiation characteristics of the charging coil.
