Modern Rural Landscape Research Based On Endogenous Theory

In recent years,the development of rural landscapes in China has achieved great social and economic benefits.At the same time,it will also bring the rural history and culture to the public in a multi-faceted manner.However,rural landscapes rely too much on external forces in their development,so that villagers cannot obtain the same benefits from rural development.Instead,they must bear the problems brought about by landscape development,such as the continued destruction of the ecological environment,the growing pollution problem,and the tradition.The increasingly declining culture,the gradual indifference between villagers and tourists,and so on.This not only affects the healthy development of rural related landscapes,but also destroys rural regional culture and local elements,which is very unfavorable to the development and innovation of rural landscapes.This paper takes endogenous theory as the theoretical basis of the thesis research,treats the regional landscape in the countryside with the endogenous development attitude,and combines the modern ideas and methods to design the endogenous rural landscape with local characteristics.The endogenous development theory was born in the 1970s.It was formed in the process of continuous thinking on the problems of rural development.It is believed that the development of rural landscape should focus on village participation,rural organization rights enhancement,and rational allocation of rural resources.And the coordinated development of the environment and the economy,these views are widely recognized under the time verification.The development model of the theory is based on the internal resources and culture of the village.The local villagers have an orderly influence to realize the sustainable development of the local villages and ensure the interests of the largest local villagers.Step by step in practice to verify whether the endogenous rural landscape development model can achieve theoretical results.The paper selects the combination of Yangzhou Shenju Village design and endogenous development model as the characteristics of case study.Based on the endogenous theory,it demonstrates why the endogenous development model of Shenju Village can guarantee most of the benefits of rural landscape development in local villages.It was retained to explain why the ecological environment and human culture of the local community can be guaranteed to achieve sustainable development.
