With the rapid development of our country's economy and the change of buyer's market,the market demand is also changing constantly.Therefore,the trend of future market development will be divided into subdivisions,in order to meet the needs of consumers.TCL Multimedia is the leading brand in China's color TV industry.The transformation from the initial successor to the leader witnesses the growth of its brand.During this period,it has maintained advanced strategic thinking to face international competition.TCL color TV has always maintained a good working status,in the international operation,marketing channel reform,Internet technology and other aspects of the industry's leading position,has also maintained advanced innovative ideas.TCL has established its own brand sales network in the domestic market,and will soon apply the self-built network to the color TV industry,in order to promote the development of the color TV market.In recent years,the development of color TV market is mainly based on low cost,which leads to the development model of "vertical integration industry chain".According to the rapid development of global OEM,it is faced with the embarrassment of profit-only.Whether it is transformation or upgrading,in the construction of the Internet development system,new development mode is gradually taken as the main mode.The traditional organizational structure,management mode and business sector are beginning to be eliminated,which is not matched with the actual needs of consumers.Traditional color TV enterprises have lost their competitive advantage in the market.In the current intense competition,color TV com,panies have begun to find new ways out,facing the road of upgrading and transformation.However,due to the changing process of the times,there are new crises.In order to upgrade and transform TCL Group,appropriate measures should be taken to bring about new technological innovation and change of business model.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the channel transformation strategy of TCL color TV in Yunnan,and carries out a systematic study based on the relevant foreign theoretical knowledge to conduct a practical investigation of the color TV market,starting from the internal and external environment.Channel transformation strategy provides an important reference for the TCL color TV market in Yunnan.According to the transformation and upgrading plan,we can forecast and manage the latter stage,so as to formulate an effective guarantee system.In this paper,the channel strategy transformation of TCL color TV in Yunnan market is analyzed and studied in detail.While perfecting the channel market transformation,it can also provide some reference for other industries,so as to promote the development of color TV industry.
