Research On Decoration Design And Material Selection Of Facades Of High-rise Residential Buildings

Since the 21 st century,China has entered the stage of rapid urban development.With the continuous expansion of urban population,the contradiction between housing demand and urban land use has become increasingly prominent.High-rise residential buildings have become the main measures to alleviate this contradiction,and have been written into the planning legislation of some cities.However,due to the restriction of the function of residential buildings and the influence of developers' excessive pursuit of the volume ratio,the space left for high-rise residential buildings is very limited,and their main structure basically presents the characteristics of assimilation.For developers,in order to highlight the brand characteristics and create consumption highlights,building facade decoration design is one of the main marketing means;for consumers,high-quality building facade image,as a symbol of identity and quality of life,is also a priority factor under the premise of meeting the dominant function of household size requirements.From the perspective of city image shaping,as the landmark achievement and dominant building type of urban economic development,the facade decoration of high-rise residential buildings has attracted more and more attention of planning authorities.Based on the current situation of urban development and the demand of real estate market,this paper mainly studies the decoration design and material selection of urban high-rise residential building facade.On the basis of reviewing the development history of exterior facade decoration of high-rise residential buildings,according to the functional uses and characteristics of decorative materials,it is divided into three categories: structural decoration,shelter decoration and decorative decoration.Secondly,the restrictive factors of building facade design are analyzed,and the corresponding design is put forward.In view of the current fashionable style and development trend of buildings in the real estate market,this paper focuses on the decoration design and material selection of exterior facades of high-rise residential buildings with modern,classical,new Chinese and innovative dominant styles.Starting from the constraints of the basic structure of the facade,it is based on the principle of unity and consistency of the overall architectural design style and aesthetic style.Firstly,the author treats the architectural facade decoration as a whole composition.According to the principle of subordinating the whole to the part and the part to the whole,the author divides the large decoration module under the framework of the overall decoration composition of the architectural facade,and divides the basic part decoration,the structural part decoration and the decorative part decoration into three parts in each module.Among them,the wall as the basic part decoration,the window,balcony,stairwell as the structural part decoration,decorative frame line,decorative column,eaves,mountain flowers,waist decorative line as decorative part decoration,and then,comprehensive aesthetic,functional and economic evaluation indicators,study the design methods and selection rules of different parts.Finally,taking Yongjingwan Real Estate Project in Nantong,Jiangsu Province as a practical case,this paper illustrates and tests the results of this study.
