In this thesis,we studied the design theory of asymmetric involute gear and the strength theory and load sharing characteristics of asymmetric gear composite planetary transmission system,including the design method of asymmetric involute gears,theoretical study on the strength of the asymmetric involute gear pair,research on the load sharing characteristics of the asymmetric composite planetary transmission system and intelligent design of the asynunetric involute gear.The main research contents of the thesis are:(1)Based on the principle of gear tooth meshing,the equation of tooth profile curve with different pressure angles is derived,and the 3D model of asymmetric involute external meshing gear and asymmetric involute intermal meshing gear is established,and the tool for machining asymmetric gear is also studied.We completes the method design of the asymmetric involute gear,and find the superiority of the asymmetric gear in the limit number of teeth,pressure angle and displacement coefficient.(2)Using SolidWorks software to establish a variety of gear pairs with equal modulus and non-equal pressure angle,using Matlab software to calculate the composite bending strength,using the programming method to determine the dangerous section and maximum stress of the root,and combining the results with ANSYS software.The variation of the bending strength of the root under the action of friction is considered,and a new physical quantity-the friction stress factor,is proposed.The influence of the microscopic difference of the pressure angle on the transmission characteristics of the whole transmission system is discussed.The independent changes of the basic parameters such as modulus and number of teeth and the influence of coupling on the bearing capacity verify that the asymmetric gear transmission enhances the load carrying capacity of the system.(3)Quantitatively study the influence of manufacturing crror,installation error and input parameters of the asymmetric composite planetary transmission system on the load sharing characteristics of the system.The asymmetric gear transmission system was built by the lumped mass method with the model.The effects of damping coefficient,error amplitude and meshing stiffness on the load sharing characteristics of the system are studied.Finally,the theory of load sharing analysis of asymmetric composite planetary transmission systems is established.(4)Combining modern processing methods-line cutting processing and intelligent design-the second development theory of SolidWorks,the asymmetry involute gears are designed to be intelligently modeled,and the prototype is processed for the follow-up.This laid a solid foundation for experimental study of the asymmetric involute gear.
