With the progress of automation technology,small automatic biochemical analyzer is developing towards more intelligent,faster,more accurate,lower cost and higher compatibility.With the improvement of the modularization of the equipment,the research of various technologies of the automatic biochemical analyzer has improved the technology of each component of the biochemical analyzer,which is of great help to improve the overall quality of the biochemical analyzer.The main purpose of this research is to improve the temperature control effect,control accuracy,stability,reliability and anti-interference ability of the biochemical analyzer based on the modular biochemical analyzer,so as to ensure that the biochemical reaction reacts at the ideal temperature and obtain more ideal detection results.To improve the overall detection accuracy of the equipment,improve the overall quality of domestic biochemical analyzers,reduce the technological monopoly of foreign manufacturers,shorten the gap with foreign products,and enhance the competitiveness of domestic biochemical analyzers.The main research object of this subject is the temperature-breeding system of the automatic biochemical analyzer,which includes the mechanical structure,hardware circuit and control algorithm of the system.Through the in-depth study of the system and the overall planning,this paper mainly studies the following work:(1)According to the structure of biochemical analyzer and the requirement of compactness and controllability of temperature-incubation system,the basic mechanical structure of temperature-incubation system is designed,and the structure is simulated by thermal analysis,so as to ensure the consistency of temperature field.(2)Using modular design method,the hardware circuit of incubation control system of small portable biochemical analyzer is designed,including the selection of control chip,the design of temperature measurement circuit,heating circuit,driving circuit,power circuit and so on.It provides hardware basis for high-precision temperature control.(3)Analyse the physical model of the actual heating system,determine the ideal model of the system through the analysis of the system,design the control method,and improve the parameter design of the algorithm through simulation,so that the system has better robustness.A Smith predictive controller based on on on-line system identification is proposed,and the improved algorithm is applied to the temperature control system of incubation system.(4)Improve the existing algorithm.An ADRC control method based on BP neural network is proposed,and the method is simulated.The advantages and disadvantages of the control method are discussed,which provides some new ideas for the control of temperature control system.
