With the increasing pollution of the environment and the decline of human health,biochemical analysis has attracted more and more attention as one of the most effective and accurate means of human health and disease detection.The biochemical analyzer at home and abroad has a big gap in accuracy and speed.Therefore,it has high clinical and economic value to develop a high-precision,fast and digital automatic biochemical analyzer.Therefore,the development of a more accurate,faster and more intelligent automatic biochemical analyzer has high economic value and clinical significance.The biochemical analyzer is based on different absorption spectra of UV and visible light irradiation material can produce and according to the basic principle of Longbow Bill's law,through the determination of the absorption spectra were compared with the standard or the standard material samples of unknown concentration with a known concentration of comparison,instrument type and concentration of the sample is obtained.The purpose of this paper is to develop the automatic biochemical analyzer software system with a powerful function,convenient operation,beautiful interface,the software system can realize the storage and management of large amounts of data,error free and slave communication security,complete sample,reagent,reaction temperature,stirring and cleaning,results processing,monitoring and alarming can process more automatic and intelligent.This software system uses VS2008 development environment written,using the object-oriented design idea,emphasizes on the use of integration,encapsulation,polymorphism of three OOP features,the code optimization of the software,makes the program more flexible and easy to modify and reuse;realize the serial communication function using the USB interface,and design a detailed protocol;ACCESS was used for the creation of the database,complete the data call,modify,storage and other operations.This software system can be divided as sample testing,project input,project parameters,reagent information,data processing,maintenance,user management and information monitoring module,according to the module of the software system are introduced in detail,and finally on the development of two key problems encountered in the process are introduced,a is a quasi Newton method and the steepest descent method of nonlinear calibration method is improved;two is to use the observer pattern to optimize the procedure,solve the interface buffer exists in a program run slow and memory leak problem.This system is completed,the software testing and instrument used in biochemical analyzer.In this process,the software runs well,powerful,beautiful interface,the information storage security is more reliable,more rapid and accurate analysis results,basically reached the expected goal.
