The cold-storage door is an important part of the cold storage,which plays a role in preventing the loss of cold air.The perfect control system is the prerequisite for ensuring the cold-storage door to complete its function.At present,there are few studies in the field of cold-storage door control system in China,and the existing cold-storage door control system generally has the problems of poor speed regulation performance,imperfect anti-pinch function and backward communication mode,which lead to frequent faults in the use of cold-storage door and hinder the production of enterprises.In order to solve the above problems,based on the analysis of the existing cold-storage door control system,this thesis makes improvements on the speed regulation strategy and anti-pinch algorithm,and combines the wireless communication technology to design an industrial cold-storage door control system based on WIFI.In the cold-storage door speed regulation strategy,this thesis adopts the combination of vector control and space vector pulse width modulation technology to control speed of permanent magnet synchronous motor used in cold-storage door.By building the simulation model of the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink,the operation characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor under both no-load and load conditions are analyzed.In the aspect of improving the anti-pinch function,this thesis adopts the anti-pinch strategy based on the speed and current detection,and realizes the anti-pinch function of the cold-storage door by setting the anti-pinch current threshold to improve the safety of the cold-storage door.According to the design requirements of the control system,this thesis designs the motor drive circuit,current detection circuit,speed measurement circuit and fault alarm circuit with STM32F103RCT6 as the main control chip of the system.Based on the hardware circuit,the design of the MCU program and the host computer monitoring is completed.The WIFI module USR-C215 is used to realize the wireless communication between the host computer monitoring system and the main control circuit.The test results show that the control system of cold-storage door based on WIFI runs stably,has better speed regulation characteristics and safety performance,and can control the opening and closing of the cold-storage door remotely,and realizes the collection of data such as the speed and current of the cold-storage door drive motor.The entire control system is capable of achieving the expected functions and meeting the of the basic design requirements.
