Abstract/Summary:
The construction industry has made rapid development with the continuous developmentof the national economy and real estate market flourished in recent years. At the same time,the elevator as the most important means of delivery in the building has been more widespreadapplication with the increasing number of high-rise building construction. Door machinecontrol system as an important part of the elevator, for its security, stability, efficiency, cost-effective features, has been paid more and more attention.In view of the practical engineering application of elevator door machine control system,this paper proposes that through testing the current to realize vector control method of rotorspeed and position detection by high frequency voltage injection method, for various defectsof the speed/position sensor in the application of elevator door motor control system.Firstly, this paper introduces the development process of permanent magnet synchronousmotor of elevator door control system, through the comparative analysis of non position sensorcontrol method of elevator door machine, elaborating role of mechanical and electrical parts ofelevator door machine control system in door machine function, and works on the structureand mathematical model of elevator door machine and vector control method. And introducesthe SVPWM control method and the realization of its simulation in Matlab.Secondly, through the detailed introduction to sensorless control method of pulsevibration of high frequency voltage injection method and basic principle of the rotor initialposition detection speed position detection, the corresponding solutions about high frequencycurrent tests for detecting rotor position extract the lagging angle is proposed, and the openloop and handling of the initial position detection is verified by simulation.Finally, designing the controller of hardware circuit in the door control system, describedeach part of the diagram in detail, and also designing simple program block diagram accordingto the operation characteristics of door machine function. Making simulation about elevatordoor motor of positive rotation and reverse rotation under the condition of two kinds of lowspeeds forward, according to the characteristics of gate machine running under the load. Bycomparing the actual and estimated curve of speed and rotor angle, verified the fluctuatinghigh frequency voltage injection method has good dynamic and static characteristics to the speed and position estimation, which can meet the need of practical engineering.
