| Along with the auto market expansion in China,customers are trending to be higher requirement.They are expecting the automobile has better propulsion performance,meanwhile they are also expecting the automobile has better NVH performance.However these two expectations are conflict.While the power output of an auto increased,if no effective countermeasure is taken,the torque pulse that transmits from the engine to the driveline system could be more severe,thus deteriorate driving perception.The torque pulse of the auto is coming from the engine,it could make the dynamic load more severe while passing through the driveline system,more seriously,it could stimulate system resonance.This paper has done a lot of theoretical analysis and calculation with respect to the power output and driveline system,it has also established the mathematical model of the powertrain system,and design and calculate a FPD damper against one auto model,eventually we verify the FPD performance through test data,finally we have validated the improvement of the NVH performance of the driveline model by applying the FPD damper through theoretical analysis and test data. |
