Electromechanical systems have gained widespread application and have played a pivotal role in various fields.With the development of science and technology,the electromagnetic environment in which electromechanical systems are located is becoming more and more complicated,especially the development and improvement of electromagnetic pulse weapons in various military powers,as the core of electromechanical systems,Electromechanical control device are in great danger.In particular,with the current trend in the development of high-frequency,electromechanical control devices has become more sensitive to electromagnetic pulses while improving efficiency.The strong electromagnetic pulse energy enters the electromechanical control device mainly through the back door coupling.At present,related research at home and abroad mainly focuses on the study of the damage threshold of circuit or device in electronic devices due to its strong energy.In terms of interference,the research is mainly focused on the effects of radio frequency transmission links and integrated circuits in computers.In the complex electromagnetic environment,the sensitivity of the bridge drive circuit is relatively rare.There are many devices and components in electromechanical control devices.In a complex electromagnetic environment,the “critical minority” should be analyzed.This paper selects the typical servo system and switching power supply in the electromechanical control system as an example to analyze the sensitive mechanism of the sensor and bridge circuit in the complex electromagnetic environment.Then taking a typical shelter as an example,the back door coupled of topology mask and interference sequence diagram were established,and the weak links of the servo system were identified.Different strong electromagnetic pulse irradiation environments have different threat levels for electromechanical control devices.Combining the energy spectrum of different strong electromagnetic pulses,and through the mutual difference theorem,this article studies the emission characteristics of the emission sources such as control drive signals,switch tube noise,and motors,and their emission circuits,and determines the threat level of electromechanical control devices with different strong electromagnetic pulses.In this dissertation,a study on the phenomenon of the occurrence of the same-arm-through phenomenon in the switch tube induced by a strong electromagnetic pulse jamming bridge circuit is developed.In view of the influence of strong electromagnetic pulses on the bridge drive circuit in switching power supply and motor inverters,the interference signal in the time domain are obtained from the computation of the coupling energy of the strong electromagnetic pulse and the related standards,then the relevant calculation formulas are deduced in conjunction with the model of the MOSFET switch tube,and the mechanism of the false triggering of the switch tube by the strong electromagnetic pulse is clarified in this paper.Final,the conclusion of this paper has been well verified in saber software.
