At present,the inspection work of substation is completed by a single hand-held recorder,and there is no associated background monitoring system.Aiming at the latest requirements of substation patrol inspection under the new form,this paper constructs a multi-level substation patrol system based on network for patrol personnel and operation and maintenance personnel.With the help of GIS platform and mobile platform,real-time GPS location information service is realized,and the patrol task from service terminal to mobile terminal is completed.The mobile terminal can receive the corresponding task instructions to complete the patrol work.The application of the system provides an integrated monitoring means for the patrol work of substations and realizes the real-time and dynamic nature of the patrol work.The mobile terminal is Android,and the server is based on the JavaEE framework.Firstly,based on the characteristics of substation patrol inspection,the requirements of substation patrol inspection are analyzed,and the roles of patrol personnel and operation and maintenance personnel involved are analyzed.The client patrol inspection,patrol data management,patrol results query,patrol task management and system management function model,dynamic model and static model are proposed.On the basis of system analysis,the system architecture design,network structure design and module architecture design are completed.On this basis,the detailed design of each functional module of the system is completed.The system is divided into customer service terminal and server terminal,and the system client is divided into mobile terminal and desktop terminal.The server is data layer and business logic layer.In the patrol module,the location coordinate traversal comparison algorithm is designed to determine whether the patrol personnel reach the corresponding position of the patrol target,and realize the automatic judgment of patrol monitoring.Finally,the conceptual model and core table structure design are completed to design the system database.On the basis of detailed design of system functions,the system modules are programmed and realized separately.The implementation process of the system is illustrated by typical codes and operation effect diagrams.Finally,the system functions and performance tests are completed.The tests show that the system runs stably and functions achieve the expected goals,and meets the multi-level network transformation.Station inspection requirements.The system can be widely used in substation routine patrol work of prefectural and municipal electric power departments.A multi-level substation patrol and monitoring platform can be built to improve the efficiency and supervision level of substation patrol and meet the daily operation and maintenance needs of substations.
