With the rapid economic development,urban architecture has been to the high altitude and underground development,and a large number of basement buildings continue to emerge;On the other side,because of the complex terrain,the basement design and construction process of the surface water and groundwater is not enough to estimate the lack of anti-floating measures and other reasons,the basement of the whole or local floating and other engineering accidents.In this paper,the basement floating height,floor flatness,basement frame column verticality and beam deflection,load-bearing component cracks and development of the form,and the basement floating effect were detected for a basement floating accident.Combined with the norms and engineering experience,proposed a more complete testing process.According to the relevant literature,the theoretical basis of the finite element analysis of concrete components,and the parameters selection and related precautions when using ANSYS were given.Then,using the finite element theory and the finite element analysis software,the most representative group of raft and beam members are selected.The integral model and the separation model are used to simulate the bearing capacity limit state and the normal use limit state respectively calculation and analysis,including:carrying capacity checking,displacement,crack distribution and maximum crack width.Numerical simulations make up for defective data on site detection that can not be performed due to conditional constraints,making the entire detection analysis more complete and accurate.According to the test results and numerical simulation results,provide the basis for subsequent anti-floating,reset and reinforcement.Presents a precipitation method,supplemented by real-time monitoring system to basement anti-floating and reset construction method;After the reset is stable,the method of carbon fiber reinforcement is adopted to reinforce the lost frame beam and draft.Put forward a more perfect testing procedures and precautions;proposed for concrete components analysis and calculation methods,steps and precautions,derived suitable for ANSYS calculation of concrete crack width formula;At the same time,the anti-floating,resetting and reinforcing solutions for dealing with the basement floating problems are also proposed,as well as the related processes and precautions of handling methods.This article through a project example,elaborated the detection,the computation analysis and the reinforcement processing the flow and the precautions,in order to solve this kind of problem and the related question provides a kind of reference method.
