With the development of the microelectronics technology and the appearance of new radar systems,the traditional electronic warfare reconnaissance technology has been unable to meet the requirements of complex electromagnetic environment.With the application of cognitive theory,cognitive radio and cognitive radar has successively appeared,this paper applies the cognitive theory to the cognitive research in electronic warfare,studies reconnaissance module of cognitive electronic warfare,obtains cognitive reconnaissance technology based on the idea of machine learning algorithm,focus on the technology of information processing in cognitive reconnaissance technology,and by dividing the cognitive information processing technology into two aspects,such as cognitive real-time sorting technology and cognitive intelligence analysis and individual identification,to discuss the effectiveness and real-time performance of cognitive reconnaissance technology.The specific works are listed as follows:(1)This paper introduces the background of the current cognitive electronic warfare system and the current situation at home and abroad in detail,and the theory of cognitive electronic warfare is briefly summarized.(2)This paper introduces the structure of cognitive electronic warfare system and the functions of each module,elaborates the characteristics of cognitive technology and the main applications of cognitive electronic warfare,and lays the foundation for the research of reconnaissance part in subsequent cognitive electronic warfare.(3)After learning machine learning algorithm,this papers studies the cognitive reconnaissance technology in cognitive electronic warfare,using the method of intelligent matching window and data fusion to sort signal in real-time cognitive sorting technology,using the method of Wigner-Ville,higher-order spectrum analysis,high precision frequency algorithm and wavelet analysis to extract the individual features of the signal in cognitive intelligence analysis and individual recognition.(4)Fuzzy-AHP method is used to evaluate the effectiveness of reconnaissance in the autonomous detection structure based on the threat level of radiant source,and judges the real-time performance and effectiveness of the reconnaissance through the strategy of reconnaissance after implementing the jamming.
