As a new type of tank,the metal diaphragm type storage tank has its rigid diaphragm pressed against the liquid surface under the action of gas extrusion,eliminating the shaking of the propellant,having large discharge flow,high discharge efficiency,and high reliability.Under the conditions of lateral overload,it can reliably discharge,have a strong ability to adapt to system shutdown,water hammer and sudden change of operating conditions.It is widely used in various spacecraft fields such as missiles,arrows,satellites and instruments.In particular,metal diaphragm tanks can be used for long-term filling and storage of propellants,especially oxidants,with wide adaptability,long filling and storage period,good sealing performance,stable centroid,suppression of sloshing of liquid fuel,ability to use hot gas pressurization,and discharge The characteristics of high efficiency and almost no influence of interference acceleration in the state of weightlessness are the key to solve the pre-filling of liquid fuel,precise control and long-term storage,and can significantly improve the spacecraft life,accuracy and the dynamics of the transmitter,so it is widely used.It is often used in spacecraft with frequent orbit changes,frequent attitude adjustments,and strong maneuverability.Aiming at the common problems such as low discharge efficiency,eccentricity problem,diaphragm fold,and cracking during the flipping process of the metal diaphragm tank diaphragm,this thesis takes the metal diaphragm tank diaphragm as the research object to study the thickness distribution and pre-distribution.Flange Radius Effect on Film Flip.Using MSC.Patran/Nastan software,through the finite element analysis method,the deformation process of equal-thickness metal diaphragm tank diaphragms was simulated,and it was found that multi-wave instability and folds occurred in the diaphragm during the inversion process.For the problems that occurred,combined with the manufacturer's recommendations,three thickness design methods were subsequently designed for simulation analysis and comparison.The simulation results showed that the design of the variable thickness diaphragms had the best reversal characteristics.At the same time,the five-factor and four-level orthogonal test analysis was performed on the diaphragm structure parameters.The range analysis method was used to make intuitive analysis of the five performance evaluation indexes of the diaphragm.It is concluded that the design of the variable thickness diaphragm for this type of tank is the best.Finally,the reliability of the simulation results of this paper is verified by the comparison of the "iso-thickness" diaphragm and the variable thickness diaphragm.The calculation results can provide reference suggestions for the improved diaphragm design.
