Research On K Company's "Internet +" Strategic Transformation

In recent years,the scale of market economy has been expanding,Internet consumption is becoming more and more important in National GDP,Internet also become a force,which cannot be ignored in enterprise.It has gradually affected the production process,product definition,organization and management,marketing and other aspects of the enterprise,as premier Li Keqiang put forward in his government work report,he will work out an” Internet+” action plan to promote the integration of mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data and Internet of things with modern manufacturing industry,the Internet strategy has risen to the height of the national strategy.The research object of this paper is K company,which is a traditional manufacturing enterprise with great status in the industry.K company has made some attempts in its Internet transformation;However,the transformation is not successful,and there are a series of difficulties and setbacks that have not been foreseen.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literature of innovation theory,Internet thinking and strategic transformation to provide theoretical support for the K company's Internet strategic transformation;Secondly,this study analyzing the internal and external environment of K company,summarizing the core resources and capabilities of K company,which is necessity and inevitability of transformation,it also focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises in the transformation process.Then,this research used the SWOT tool to analyzing the K company,the results show that the core business of K company has a downward trend with the exit of the national household electrical appliances consumption policy and the development of Internet technology.But with the popularity of the TV industry into the new brand and intelligent equipment has spawned new opportunities,K company must rely on more than 30 years of manufacturing and cost advantages,the radiation of the sales and service channel advantages from the forerunner of the "hardware + software" change direction,seizing the new round of industrial revolution the opportunity to make changes to the "hardware + software" service providers from simple hardware,put forward the "open platform" intelligent terminal + "1+1" strategy,take the hardware as the core to build the ecosystem of their own.Fourthly,in order to ensure the successful landing of K company's Internet transition strategy,this study puts forward five major transformation measures and two guarantee measures for the transformation.In the end,the conclusion is summed up in the conclusion part.This paper aims to reorganize the internal and external environment of K company,and put forward some constructive suggestions for the Internet transformation of K's color TV business.At the same time,it also provides some theoretical support and reference for the Internet transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises.
