| Lack of development,livelihood security is the root of all kinds of Tibetan problem,thus promoting the leaping development of social economy in Tibetan areas,solve the two key problems of stability and development and people’s livelihood ",so as to realize the long period of stability is always the core purpose of the central Tibetan Tibetan development standard.Years of construction and practice have shown that relying solely on the national finance "top-down" to the core cities and key towns in Tibet continued to invest,and it can not fundamentally solve the problem of the overall livelihood and stability of Tibetan areas.It is urgent to explore new models and new paths for the development of Tibetan cities and towns.The construction of the Tibetan new urban public space is like a raging fire,but the evaluation involves the use of urban public space and little construction method and applicable system in Ganzi new urban public space evaluation plays an important role.First of all,this study systematically expounds the related theories of new towns and public spaces in Tibet Autonomous Region and related research at home and abroad.Then,AHP and comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to construct the evaluation system of the public space quality of new towns in Tibetan area.The final choice of Xinduqiao town of Kangding city as the object,collecting data through field investigation,questionnaire and interview methods,with the help of the software to analyze data,and based on the survey data,combined with the evaluation model to evaluate the quality of public space in Tibetan towns.Through the study of the public space of new towns in Tibetan area,this paper constructs a public space quality evaluation system.The evaluation system consists of 3 two level indexes and 20 three levels of evaluation indexes.In the aspect of the selection of evaluation index is analyzed,summed up the evaluation index through the related research at home and abroad in the public space environment,then introduces the AHP method to get the final index,a comprehensive calculation is determined by 25 experts on the weight of each index value,the whole process of establishing the index system has certain science that can comprehensively evaluate the influencing factors of the new rural public space quality.The two is based on the AHP method the results of the content of urban public space in Xinduqiao town in a case by case analysis,find some problems of Xinduqiao town public space,and further demonstrates the effectiveness of the evaluation system and method,and on the basis of the analysis put forward the optimization countermeasures.The three is to provide practical reference for the construction of public space in Ganzi Prefecture,and to promote the sense of identity and place attachment of Tibetan households.The four is the public space quality evaluation index selection,this study analyzes many relevant data and literature,through expert consultation method to repeatedly modify the index on the quality index of new public space with reference. |
