In recent years,with the continuous development of China's social economy,the scale of the power grid has been expanding and the power grid structure has become more and more complex.The new construction speed of 500 kV,220kV,110 kV voltage grade substation is increased.There are traditional thermal power plants,hydropower stations,wind farms and photovoltaic power stations in all levels.they make the characteristics of the power grid more complicated and increase the regulation difficulty of the power grid.In December 2014,in order to carry out medium and long-term development strategy and the functions of production safety strategy for the implementation of the southern power grid company,China Southern Power Grid launched the regulation of the integration of research and promote the work.CSG will adjust the monitoring and control functions to the dispatch center.This increases the daily scheduling task.It puts forward new requirements and new challenges to power grid dispatching.This paper is based on the research and analysis of the relevant literature about the operation management mode,intensive theory and lean management theory of the power grid at home and abroad.From the substation,control center,technical support system by three aspects of XX electricity power grid operation management present situation has carried on the detailed analysis,and points out existing problems.In order to adapt to rapid development of the power grid,improve the system operation management level,reduce costs,increase efficiency and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids,XX power supply bureau will actively explore the new mode of running the “integration of Scheduling,monitoring and control” that the scheduling,monitoring and control business is highly integrated.Through the serious study of the adjustment of scheduling management mode,the adjustment of organizational structure reform,work responsibilities interface division,revise business process,improve system,Construction evaluation management of integration of Scheduling,monitoring and control.Put forward a suit for integration of Scheduling,monitoring and control construction plan,and it can actually be used.Based on the analysis of the overall effect of key indicators,the streamlining of organizational structure and the improvement of management efficiency,this paper analyzes the practicaleffect of the integrated management mode of XX power supply bureau,and the actual results achieved.At the end,the article is summarized and monitored.The prospect of the integrated management model is prospected.
