With the development of the power system, and the raising level of electricitytechnology, we need the grid more safety, quality and economic. In the rapiddevelopment of the Smart Grid in China, the operation management mode need to bechanged. And it’s the direction and trend in the future development. The UHVtransmission technology and distributed energy generation make the operation of thegrid more and more complex and it’s also more demanding of the safety and stability.As the control and coordination center of the grid,the level of the dispatchingmanagement is very important. In order to meet the requirement of development grid,the pattern of the dispatching management should be improved.In this paper, first of all, it introduces the definition and characteristics of thesmart grid. Combining with the theory of the organization and the characteristics ofthe grid, integration model of dispatching and supervisory control is proposed. At thesame time, it also introduced the reform process of Tianjin power grid. In the researchon the integration of dispatching and supervisory control, implementation plan andwordflow for integration of dispatching and supervisory control is designed.and itcited the results achieved by the construction process of Tianjin Smart grid and thevision for the future..
