This paper develops a set of application in small rocket sled test system parallel ropeway control and monitoring system,puts forward the design scheme of parallel ropeway control and monitoring system,studies the parallel cable control principle and algorithm in depth,realizes the design software of parallel ropeway control and monitoring system concretely,completes system hardware implementation.First,based on the design experience of ropeway and the actual engineering demand of small rocket sled test system,this paper puts forward the basic functional requirements of parallel ropeway control and monitoring system.Based on the functional requirements of the system,the solution design of the parallel cableway control and monitoring system is proposed.The system is divided into parallel ropeway control subsystem and parallel cableway monitoring subsystem,and the detailed solution of its corresponding subsystem is put forward.Secondly,according to the design of the parallel cableway control and monitoring system,this paper studies the direct controlled object in the parallel ropeway control,and studies its working principle,and analyzes the relationship between the controlled object and the rope tension of the parallel ropeway.Two major problems encountered in the control of parallel ropeway are put forward.Based on the solution to these two problems,a time domain difference algorithm based on linear value function approximation is introduced and applied in the parallel cableway control subsystem.Then,the software definition network is introduced with the integration of the parallel cableway control and monitoring system software as the starting point.A rope creep monitoring algorithm based on software terminal application expansion is proposed,and the design of the server and terminal software for the control and monitoring system of parallel ropeway is proposed.On the basis of these,the comprehensive application function of the overall system software is realized.Finally,based on the proposed design of the parallel cableway control and monitoring system,the hardware implementation of the parallel cableway control and monitoring system is completed in this paper.After the field experiment,the parallel cableway control and control system are successfully applied to the rocket pry test system.
