Composite-type magnetorheological elastomer vibration isolator is designed by the union of the semi-active vibration isolation element and passive isolator element.It can makes up for the disadvantages of narrow frequency band of passive vibration isolator and large energy dissipation and instability of active vibration isolator.The design,dynamic performance test,nonlinear dynamic model,vibration isolation control strategy and control system design of composite magnetorheological elastomer isolator need should be further studied.This paper makes a study of these problems in the following aspects:(1)The magnetic circuit and mechanical structure are design.The number of coils in the isolator is calculated according to the magnetic path ampere theorem.The finite element analysis of the magnetic circuit of the isolator is carried out by using software Maxwell3D to verify the rationality of the design.(2)The dynamic response of the vibration isolator under different excitation and exciting current is tested by the test platform of the vibration isolator.The isolation effect diagram of different current under single excitation frequency,response acceleration spectrum under sweep excitation,and displacement transfer rate curves of different current under sweep excitation are obtained,which lay the foundation for parameters determination of the dynamic model of the vibration isolator.(3)The dynamic model of the compound-type MRE vibration isolation system is established,the formulas for calculating the equivalent stiffness and the equivalent damping in the dynamic model are derived.According to the calculation formula and the displacement transfer rate curve under different current,the performance parameters of the compound-type MRE vibration isolation system are calculated.The ON-OFF control algorithm based on the principle of minimum displacement transfer rate is put forward for the vibration control of sinusoidal excitation.For the random excitation vibration control,ON-OFF control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm are designed.(4)The effectiveness of the ON-OFF control algorithm for sinusoidal excitation isolation is verified by simulation.Simulink models of ON-OFF control and fuzzy control under random excitation are established,respectively.From the four angles of load response displacement,namely load response acceleration,control current and control force,two kinds of control algorithms for random vibration isolation control are compared.Finally,based on the practical application of the vibration isolator,the ARM+DSP control system is designed,and the effect of vibration isolation control is verified by the experiment.
