| After entering the 21st century,the technology of military equipment has been developing towards intelligence,digization and dexterity.Among them,trajectory correction technology based on low-cost technology such as GPS,has been one of the hot topics in various countries.To meet the need of data setting of trajectory correction proctile,this paper proposes an individual portable terminal system.Before shooting,it calculates and pre-sets data such as correction parameters,environment parameters and so on.The system integrates hunman-computer interface,wireless transmission,data download and storage,data setting,various enviroment parameters measurment and other functions.This paper includes the following contents:(1)Based on the analysis on the development of individual portable terminal system and one-dimensional correction projectile,combined with the practical needs,the overall solution of the system is determined for the sake of functions and performance.(2)According to the overall solution,the hardware system solution is designed.TMS320F28335 is selected as the core processor through comparative analysis.Other function modules like FRAM,OLED,matrix keyboard,battery monitor are designed under the modularized design idea.To ensure the high reliability and electromagnetic compatibility of the hardware system,the PCB is designed from the aspects of power supply,layout,alignment and laminated.(3)A method of eliminating erroneous data is proposed to organize GPS data to measure distance.After the ballistic particle model is established,the relation between the correction of the range and the correction time is fitted by Newton interprolation.The correction time,which can be setted into the HKCPU in real time can be caluated according to the firing elements.Other functions such as RTC,hunman-computer and battery monitoring are designed.A super-loop software framework is proposed to schedule tasks.(4)A 2.4GHz microstrip antenna is designed and simulated by the HFSS which is based on the finite element menthod.After optimizing the design of the antenna,the WIFI module with ESP8266 as the core chip is designed to realize the wireless data setting.(5)The functions and performance of the system such as real-time measurement of environment,the rapidity of ballistic solution and the reliability of wireless data setting are verified by actual tests. |
