The concept of wireless power transmission has existed since the start of power. It freely transfers energy between two points without the need to physically connect to the power source.A true wireless device that can be powered remotely, not only allows for clear freedom of movement, but also makes the device more compact by removing the necessary large capacity batteries. The continuity of wireless transmission and the uniqueness that can be applied to special occasions have made it an in-depth research topic in the scientific community. It has found a wide range of applications in various fields, such as wireless charging electric vehicles, wireless supply to Digestive tract endoscope systems, universally charged electronic sensors, powered medical devices, etc. This paper designs and tests the 2.45 GHz wireless transmission closed-loop system.Firstly, the overall structure of the system is designed and analyzed in detail. The system consists of four parts: microwave transmitting end, receiving end, feedback control and information transmission and processing. This paper designs three modules: receiving end, feedback control and information transmission and processing. After determining the power amplifier output power and the transmitting antenna selection horn antenna, the HFSS software is used to adjust the antenna parameters and simulate the antenna model according to the actual needs of the system.A satisfactory 2.45 GHz microstrip receiving array antenna is obtained. The output is microwave rectified, and the microwave rectification circuit(composed of input filter, system matching, microwave diode and output filter)is designed using ADS simulation software. Then use the MSP430 MCU to control the state of the phase shifter to change the phase of the output microwave, and obtain the power value corresponding to each phase through AD sampling, thereby determining that a phase is the maximum power receiving phase of the receiving end,and then adjusting the system state to the maximum transmission efficiency, and then The closed loop control of the wireless transmission system is realized. The wireless transmission module is then used to send the sampled data to the upper computer and save it to the database, which facilitates the analysis of the data later. Finally, the transmission efficiency of the system open-loop state and closed-loop state system receiving end is compared. The conclusion is that theclosed-loop state of the system is improved compared with the open-loop state. The main reason for the influence of different types of loads on the transmission efficiency of the system is that the impedance matching is not ideal.
