Health monitoring refers to real-time monitoring of human health through collecting,storing and analyzing vital signs data,aiming to take timely measures to prevent or treat diseases.With the rapid development of information technology,the intelligentization of health monitoring has become a new trend in the field of wise medical.For example,the widespread use of cloud storage technology in health monitoring systems accelerates the process of the intelligentization of health monitoring.however,the cloud storage technology itself brings massive data security problems.How to properly store user data in cloud storage and how to ensure that data information is not tampered with or leaked is problems that need to be solved promptly.This thesis is dedicated to solve these problems through implementing a PDP protocol embedded health monitoring system,which means applying data integrity verification to this system.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Analyze the functional requirements of the health monitoring system,and design and implement a system that integrates health monitoring and medical information management to meet the real-time acquisition and monitoring of patient's changes in the vital signs data,and also to satisfy the integrity verification of medical data.The health monitoring system supporting the PDP protocol is designed and a system model is proposed.The entire system is divided into three subsystems:a sensor data collection terminal,an Android smart mobile client,and a data monitoring center server.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the data monitoring center server,and introduces the two modules of health management and PDP protocol management in detail.(2)For the problems of the RSA encryption algorithm in the data ownership certificate scheme proposed by Atenische et al.,and Cutmola et al.have a relatively large computational overhead,the privacy of the user data cannot be guaranteed,and only the data file damage caused by storing one copy is lost.This thesis proposes an algorithm that supports data privacy protection and multi-copy PDP protocol.This algorithm introduces the BLS encryption algorithm to generate homomorphic authentication tags and uses random masking to implement privacy protection.(3)For the data privacy protection and multi-copy PDP protocol algorithm proposed in the thesis,the calculation,communication and storage overheads are compared and analyzed in detail through experiments.(4)Implement health monitoring systems designed to support data ownership.The mechanism of this solution mentioned above is to revise the algorithm based on the basic PDP protocol to enable the algorithm to support privacy protection and multiple copies data integrity verification scheme,and thus to solve the problem of the integrity of health monitoring data in the cloud storage environment.The algorithm improvement would bring certain theoretical and practical values to future wise medical in perspective of data storage and management.
