China's economic development has entered a new normal,meaning the level of urbanization in China has also entered a new stage.The rapid development of high-speed traffic,especially high-speed railway in China,has an increasingly profound impact on the city.The era demands to grasp the important influence of high-speed traffic development on the urban spatial structure and further analyze the depth and breadth of this effect.Jinan is a key point for the development of Shandong Province in connection with various regions and high-speed traffic in the area has also developed rapidly.The typical belt-like spatial characteristics of Jinan make its high-speed traffic impact on urban spatial structure typical.In this paper,based on the research of domestic and foreign research results and the impact of other modes of transport on urban development,we first used remote sensing image data to analyze the overall expansion of urban space in Jinan over the past 30 years so as to perceive Ji'nan's urban spatial expansion as a whole.Furthermore,combined with buffer analysis method,we choose reasonable buffer threshold for different high-speed traffic modes,and study their impact on urban spatial morphology respectively.The study found that the impact of the highway along with the entrances and exits will play a role in the change of the urban spatial morphology in Ji'nan.There are significant changes in the land within 6 km of the expressway,and different types of land use patterns and landscape patterns show different characteristics with changes in spatial distance,and thus have different effects on the surrounding urban land structure and urban expansion.The characteristics of the circle surrounding the stations of the high-speed railway and the airport are obvious and have different effects on the agglomeration and distribution of different types of functional land.Therefore,the urban form and urban land use change in Jinan have certain differences in the scale and depth of response to different high-speed traffic modes.Based on location,traffic economic circle and industrial development,this paper quantitatively analyzes the influence mechanism of high speed traffic on urban spatial structure,and further explores the close relationship between high speed traffic mode and urban spatial structure.Based on this,the suggestions for the optimization of urban spatial structure in Jinan under the guidance of high-speed traffic are proposed,which mainly include:(1)Traffic guides cities to build space optimization support system;(2)Follow the rules to promote the spatial expansion of the center of the city;(3)Industry promotes optimal development of urban economic spacep;(4)Ecological ideal leads the sustainable development ofurban space;(5)The system guarantees the orderly development of urban space.
