Research On The Spatial Reconstruction Of Traditional Villages In Rongcheng From The Perspective Of Social Space

With the development of urbanization and the implementation of rural rejuvenation strategy,traditional villages are undergoing the transformation of economic and social development mode and the process of spatial reconstruction.Mechanisms and strategies are of great significance.In this paper,the traditional village of Rongcheng City as the research object,first of all,the process of space reconstruction,performance and characteristics are studied.The research shows that the space reconstruction has experienced two periods: stable and orderly,and the speed of reconstruction has been accelerated.The reconstruction of present space shows the phenomenon of complex spatial structure,spatial function differentiation and decrease of traditional buildings.This phenomenon is closely related to the spatial distribution of traditional villages and shows the characteristics of regional differences.Based on the characteristics of regional differences,the traditional villages are divided into the traditional villages near the mountains and the traditional villages near the sea.Secondly,based on the dialectical relationship between society and space,this paper analyzes the influencing factors,characteristics and action path of space reconstruction.The purpose of this paper is to study the influence factors on spatial reconstruction through which path,and to further analyze the reasons of the differences in the stage of spatial reconstruction and regional differences.In the analysis of the influencing factors and its characteristics,it is found that the population mobility of the traditional village near the sea is stronger than that of the traditional village near the mountain,and the outflow of the population is relatively small,the degree of occupational diversity of the villagers in the traditional village near the sea is higher than that in the traditional village near the mountain.The economic development of the traditional villages in Rongcheng City is dualistic,and the traditional villages in the sea are superior to the traditional villages in terms of location and resources,and the traditional culture has suffered a serious impact and destruction in the development of social economy.It is common in coastal and mountain villages.In the analysis of the action path of the influencing factors,the ternary theory of space production is introduced,which is carried out from three aspects: space practice,reappearance space and spatial reproduction: in space practice,the spatial production of traditional villages relying on the sea is carried out by the villagers and the government.The space production of the traditional villages near the mountains is dominated by the villagers and the government.In the space reproduction,the spatial production of the traditional villages near the sea is filled with power penetration,capital investment,planning and construction,etc.In the reappearance space,the social relations,cultural atmosphere and spatial function of the traditional villages by the sea have changed greatly,while the traditional villages near the mountains are relatively stable.As a result,it leads to the difference of space reconstruction between the traditional villages near the mountains and the traditional villages near the sea.Finally,based on the ternary theory of space production,the spatial production models led by villagers,governments and developers are constructed,and the characteristics of space production are analyzed.The difference of spatial reconstruction stage and the strategy of spatial reconstruction are put forward.
