On-line Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis Experiment Research Of Gas Turbine Flowmeter

Measurement is to realize the unity of the unit and the accurate and reliable measurement of the quantity.It involves all aspects and fields of human life.The largest flowmeter in Beijing gas group has the membrane meter flowmeter,the waist wheel flowmeter,the turbine flowmeter and the ultrasonic flowmeter.The turbine flowmeter is widely used for large industrial and commercial users in urban gas,and it has an important position in the measurement of gas consumption in cities and towns.But there will be some faults in the turbine flowmeter,and the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis function of the turbine flowmeter can realize the on-line detection of the turbine flowmeter and avoid the hidden trouble caused by the turbine flowmeter.The research on the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of the turbine flowmeter is often focused on the theoretical research.On the basis of the careful investigation,this paper proves the method of the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of the turbine flowmeter.After a comprehensive study of the structure of the turbine flowmeter and its fluid mechanics formula,it is found that the flow of the turbine flowmeter has a relationship with the pressure loss.It is found that there is a functional relationship between the flow of the turbine flowmeter and the loss of the pressure after investigation.In order to get a turbine flowmeter that is more in line with the gas group of Beijing city.Detailed data are determined by experimental method to confirm the function relationship between the flow rate and the pressure loss of turbine flowmeter.In this experiment,a normal turbine flowmeter is selected as the control group,and the two fault turbine flowmeters are used as the experimental group.The experimental data are recorded in the experiment for the later analysis and calculation.
