With the further deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,state-owned construction enterprises as the mainstay of national infrastructure construction,is in the forefront of reform and development of construction industry,faced with huge development opportunities and challenges,internal management innovation is imperative,and speed up the internal management innovation,improve the management level is the foundation of the tight grasp opportunities for development.Construction industry as labor-intensive industry,the development is rooted in\"people\",lies in how to manage\"people\".The humanist management as a modern construction management enterprise must necessarily means,is the only way to improve management level of state-owned construction enterprises,is also an inevitable choice for enterprise comprehensive competitiveness.And state-owned construction enterprises involved in not only the enterprise's own employees,the enterprise has its own staff is only a small part,more involved personnel is the enterprise outside,which has both enterprises their use is not affiliated with a large number of migrant workers,also has with the material suppliers,construction companies have economic business and have enterprise does not have professional and technical team of professional engineering subcontracting,more direct mastered the construction enterprise lifeline of the party(also known as owner,such as party a).In the management of construction companies will do with the above personnel in all kinds of business,and because the parties position different,different needs,the pursuit of goals,is in the process of building enterprise management conflict produced several groups of different sex,and in the groups of different power rivalry relationships to find a balance and effective management of the effective communication is a must.This study through the type of conflict management of construction enterprises and the performance,causes and characteristics,control and implementation of several aspects were discussed,combined with the current problems existing in the state-owned construction enterprise management applications,the state-owned construction enterprise management mode,conflict management for exploratory research.If we can use good conflict management thoughts and ideas for the construction enterprise internal management innovation will has great practical value and realistic significance.Deep understanding of the content and nature of the conflict management thought,application mode,explore the conflict management is to promote and adapt to the needs of the development of construction industry,is scientific and stable development of state-owned construction enterprises.
