In China,kitchen appliances industry is developing rapidly,with a huge market demand and broad prospects development.According to the PRC,the data shows that in 2014 the overall domestic sales of kitchen appliances is 54.4 billion yuan,and an increase of 5.1%is expected to exceed 60 billion yuan in 2015.Given the factors as the complexity of Chinese kitchen appliances market and consumers' low awareness of kitchen appliances brand,kitchen appliances industry has obviously become divided in high-end and low-end differentiation,and market concentration is relatively fragmented,so how to develop the systemic,scientific marketing strategies,to promote the products operational capacity of kitchen appliances brand,marketing capabilities and customer service levels,and promote the healthy development of kitchen appliances industry is a topic very worthy of discussion.Based on the above background,by the marketing strategy references collation and PEST,STP strategic analysis,combined with the status of domestic kitchen appliances market and the situation that Jiangsu MC kitchen appliances sales company is founded less than two years,this paper analyzes the target market,by the market segmentation and positioning,and proposes 4P marketing mix strategy and supportable implementing measures.By studying how to optimize the marketing organization of Jiangsu MC kitchen appliances sales company,build a stronger marketing team,manage the implementation of sophisticated,normalize the market inspection,improve the value-added service,and carry out innovative marketing,this paper provides practice guidelines for the future effective marketing activities,at the same time according to the latest market development,puts forward the innovative marketing mix strategyies such as marketing drived by product,the traditional promotion method and new promotion combination,and WeChat combination from the media dissemination way,the marketing strategy optimization in popularity throughout the kitchen appliance industry which has a certain reference value.
