The success of the maiden voyage for aircraft carriers in our country, drive the rapid development of the Marine industry; Anti-slip coating on the surface of its huge deck, also become the focus of attention. Traditional anti-slip coating made of epoxy resin, the longer it exposure to the harsh Marine environment, the shorter it will be used, which needs huge sums for repair and replacement; the low molecular compound is produced by the its degradation ageing, which exacerbate the ecological pollution. Organic silicon resin with its special distribution of Si-O-Si and organic group has excellent heat resistance, weatherability, water resistance; Therefore, organic silicon non-slip coating have been researched as a popular topic by domestic and overseas scholars.This project uses silicone as film-forming substance, KH560as curing agent, TiO2and ZnO as pigments, TALC and Al2O3as functional filler, two-component silicone non-skid coating is prepared. Through orthogonal test, the primary and secondary factors of hardness, impact resistance, adhesion, and wear resistance is investigated; the seawater resistance, SDBS resistance, ultraviolet aging resistance, salt fog resistance and heat resistance is discussed. The results show the best proportion of organic silicon anti-slip coating is followed:the amounts of silicon resin, TiO2, ZnO, TALC, Al2O3, curing agent are33%,14%,8.5%,20%,15%,6%, respectively.In the same way, silicone is modified by silicone and epoxy resin. Using modified silicone resin as the film-forming material, through single factor tests to explore the amount of curing agent, pigments and functional filler. The results show the best proportion of modified silicon anti-slip coating is followed:the amounts of modified silicon resin, TiO2, ZnO, TALC, Al2O3, curing agent are30%,16.5%,11.6%,19.8%,16.5%,13%, respectively.According to the above results, silicone non-skid coating and modified silicone non-skid coating of optimal proportion are prepared, performance differences are analyzed by comparison test; the non-skid mechanism is researched by the study on coating microstructure, such as three-dimension microscope(3-DVM)、scanning electrical microscopy(SEM) and Energy Disperse Spectroscopy (EDS). Study shows that compared with silicone, the skid resistance of modified resin coating is improved, it increase to some extent, the same as abrasion resistance. Abrasive wear coexists with adhesive wear in friction progress.
