With the continuous growth of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of national income,China’s FMCG market has been developing rapidly in recent years.Household tissue products are typical fast-moving consumer goods.With the improvement of our country’s economic development level and the people’s increasing consumer demand,consumer demand for daily fast-moving consumer goods,including tissue products,has changed from meeting basic needs to enjoying requirement,and although many companies in the industry have not really realized this transformation,they need to carry out research on marketing strategies from the perspective of marketing theory and corporate innovation.The research object selected in this article-H company is the domestic leader in household tissue industry.Based on the hugely successful marketing strategies of H company in the past,it will analyze the problems faced by H company’s current marketing strategy,analyze the causes of the problems,and propose marketing.Strategy improvement plan and implementation.This article will fully study the company’s annual report for the past three years,the development and competition of the industry,and use the 4P theory to study the company’s marketing strategy in terms of products,prices,channels,and promotions in combination with the concept of new retail.Explore.The research in this article finds that marketing strategy is very important for H company.In this new era,continuous practical innovation is needed and further development of marketing theory is required.H company needs to make full use of the 4P theory to promote product innovation,improve product structure and series,more flexible pricing strategies,more in-depth and diversified channel strategies,and more aggressive marketing strategies and other marketing strategy improvements in order to achieve new glory.
