Pasta is common in people's daily diet and occupies an important position in the diet structure of Chinese people.Pasta culture plays an important role in enriching Chinese diet culture.Pasta is a kind of noodle food formed by a variety of raw materials and a unique manufacturing process.It has rich taste and various food categories.Especially with the development of social history and culture,Shanxi pasta has gradually enriched and perfected.It has displayed Shanxi's unique regional cultural characteristics in various aspects such as pasta raw materials,manufacturing methods,flavors,types and pasta customs.In the process of making and eating pasta,pasta has been integrated into people's lives,closely linked to folk folk activities,and has become the only childless pasta culture in Shanxi.This article attempts to study the pasta culture in Shanxi based on the literature and field investigations,and summarizes the historical evolution of the pasta culture in Shanxi,the historical and cultural background of the pasta culture formation,and explores the characteristics and implications of pasta culture.The regional folk custom culture reveals the relationship between Shanxi pasta culture and folk folk activities,analyzes and compares the similarities and differences between the Shanxi diet and some other regions outside the province,and their mutual influence,and explores the construction of a modern Shanxi pastaculture inheritance and development model.The main body of this article includes four parts.The first chapter summarizes the historical evolution of the development of Shanxi pasta culture,and discusses the geographical,human,economic,and social and historical background of the formation of Shanxi pasta culture.The second chapter starts from four aspects of the extensive use of Shanxi pasta,the variety of pasta production methods,the variety of pasta,and the unique pasta customs to focuses on the overall characteristics of Shanxi pasta culture.The third chapter focuses on the cultural connotation of Shanxi pasta,explores the regional folk culture of Shanxi,and reveals the pasta culture and folk folk activities in Shanxi.Chapter four probes and contrasts the same and different places between the Shanxi diet and some other regions outside the province,and their mutual influences,and then explores issues related to the construction of the space and path of the protection,inheritance and development of contemporary Shanxi pasta culture.
